Under global data protection regulations (including GDPR and Kenya's Data Protection Act), you have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data stored on our platform.

2. Data Portability

You have the right to request an export of your farm's historical yield data, soil analytics, and risk profiles in a structured, machine-readable format.

3. Data Retention

We retain your farm data as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your data will be permanently deleted from our primary servers within 30 days, unless legally required otherwise.
